Revolution Remastered  stands out from other music websites because of its focus on providing quality, in-depth content that appeals to both casual listeners and hardcore music fans. Revolution Remastered  and Natural Soul are sister companies and are in a re-branding process today. The merger should be complete by August 2023.

1. GENERAL

Naturally Remastered is committed to providing exceptional service in a timely manner. Unfortunately, when a customer cancels without giving enough notice, it prevents another customer from being served. “No shows” and late cancellation have an impact on service quality while punishing customers who may show up earlier. For these reasons. Naturally Remastered has implemented a cancellation policy that will be strictly observed.

2.  PAYMENT

Your registration is complete when we receive full payment. Payments can be online or in person. Naturally Remastered does not reserve you place within the songwriting course and or within our studio without advanced payment.

Split payment agreements can be divided throughout the songwriting course only. The split payment will be broken down by four-week increments. A reminder will be sent for payment on the third week of the course. Naturally Remastered reserves the right to stop services if payment is not received. 

An online confirmation email will be sent to you at the time of registration and payment. This email serves as confirmation of your registration. During week two of the songwriting course, we will provide a detailed invoice for convenience. 

3. CANCELLATION REQUEST

Cancellation requests may be submitted by phone, email, online or in person. Please note that we do not allow for refunds. If you have any questions or concerns about our cancellation policy, please contact us at 763-370-8912 or 731-315-5132. 

4. NO REFUNDS

All sales are final, and Naturally Remastered does not offer any money-back guarantees. You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstances.
